you agree to abide by all of the Terms and Conditions. If you do not wish to be bound by the Terms and Conditions, you must cease use of this web site immediately. Any goods or services purchased or advertised via this web site are, and may only be purchased or applied for, subject to the Tooth Fairy terms and conditions of sale or Tooth Fairy terms and conditions of application that are either contained elsewhere on this web site or can be obtained on request from Tooth Fairy.
Tooth Fairy White will take reasonable steps to ensure that unauthorized third parties do not access data transmitted electronically by you to Tooth Fairy White via the web site and stored by Tooth Fairy White. However, by using this web site you fully accept the risk that data transmitted electronically to Tooth Fairy White via this web site may be intercepted before reaching Tooth Fairy White or accessed from Tooth Fairy White's data storage facility by unauthorized third parties. Refund / Cancellation Policy
Our refund policy lasts 30 days. If your application for a refund is received after this period, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a refund/return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as it was received and in its original packaging.
The returned item will be inspected upon receipt. We will then notify you on the approval/rejection of your refund and you will be credited accordingly.
The shipping process can sometimes be rough on packages. We try to mitigate this as much as possible but in some cases the packaging may take a knock or two while in transit. This in no way affects the quality of the treatment inside.
Please email us directly to request a refund. Refunds must be requested within 30 days of purchase.
Refunds/exchanges will be processed within 7 working days upon receipt of the returned item. Refunds will be processed via the same transaction merchant used to purchase.
